How the paid price is built
The paid price is a base fee (per month or per year) plus a fee for each asset above the amount included in the base fee.
Example: if the base fee includes X assets and you track X + 4, you pay the base fee + 4 × the per-extra-asset fee. Concrete amounts will be shown once prices are published.
Payment and cancelling
- Payment is on a secure page hosted by Stripe; nothing is charged until you confirm there.
- Cancelling keeps the paid plan until the end of the period already paid.
- A failed payment pauses adding new assets, documents and members; your existing data is never deleted.
- An invoice is issued automatically for each payment (Billingo), downloadable as PDF.
Pricing questions
What does the free plan include?
A limited number of assets, no document uploads and no invitations. Everything else works.
Can I lose my data if I don’t pay?
No. You can always view, edit and delete your existing data; a failed payment only pauses adding new assets, documents and members.
How do I upgrade or cancel?
Owners and admins use the Billing page. Upgrading goes through a secure Stripe page; cancelling keeps the paid plan until the end of the period.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, automatically for each payment, as Hungarian invoices, downloadable as PDF after saving your company billing details.
